My Saturday Night.

My blog is still not very 'up and running' but it will get there, eventually. I'll begin posting photographs of pretty things, some quotations which mirror my thoughts, artworks and such. considering this is my blog and I am in charge of it, I'm in the writing mood tonight. I feel as though, I'm treating this blog as a diary as opposed to a page that just displays photographs, when I am a visual kind of person. Anyhow, I feel compelled to write about my saturday night, as it was really one of the best nights i've had in a long time. lately, i have been feeling down about myself, insecurity i guess. tonight, was a lot of fun though. i went out with my friends to a bar in town. we all danced, had a bit to drink and whatever. i met a lovely man, which was also nice. he has a british accent. which was pretty cool. tonight, i realised a lot of things though. a lot of things. mainly, the fact that nonchalance is a critical component of life and must be used often. it's sad to say that. but it is the emotion that allows us to move on from sad times. being nonchalant, has it's bad points as well as it's good points. i mean...of course, you can't ignore the power of human emotion, but being nonchalant about situations which are uncertain is possibly the best thing one can do for oneself. this is a lesson that i have learnt, and i believe will continue to use throughout my life. and that's my philosophy for saturday night. or more like 4.53am on sunday morning. i'm nocturnal.

Introductions.

So, first off. Hello to whoever may be reading this. I took it upon myself back in 2009 to introduce myself to the world of blogspot or blogger. I however, didn't keep up with it, I don't think I even made a post. Anyway, as websites developed and the craze over tumblr/twitter/ and other social networks came into existence, I gave in and made accounts everywhere. I neglected my blogger though. I like tumblr, but I'm feeling as though blogger could be a better option, as I'm getting a little tired of tumblr. Anyway, so just a little bit about me. My name is Theodora, I'm an Italian girl, however I reside in the sunny Australia. I'm eighteen years old, just graduated from high school and I'll be starting fashion college next year, studying fashion business. If I were to describe myself, I'd say I'm a bookworm, a vintage enthusiast, a lover of pretty illustrations and a bit of a dramatic artist at times...
